12. Feelings of helplessness
13. Increased degree of risk taking
Take a serious look at the work you have chosen to do in life. Is it what you are supposed to be doing? Is this what you were designed to do? If you are not sure, then take some steps to find out……………The Myers Briggs is a good barometer of what it is in life you are inclined to do and what you may love doing.
Choose to laugh more each day. Practice laughter in everything you do. See the ironic or the funny side of everything………….look for it.
Schedule time in your day to do something that is fun – for the sake of fun.
Make a list of things that you think are fun to do and then post it in an easy to see place (refrigerator, bathroom mirror, beside computer)
